NO. 20-04834 DATE: DECEMBER IS, 2004 <br />INTRODUCTION <br />This report presents the results of the vibration monitoring services we recently performed at the <br />referenced site in Rosemount, Minnesota. The scope of our wark included the following: <br />Perform vibration monitoring at select distances from the primary and secondary rock <br />crushing activities. <br />Summarize the results of our services in a written report. <br />Our work on this project was authorized by Mr. Scott Spisalc of Shafer Contracting Co., Inc., <br />(Shafer), on November 30, 2004. <br />BACKGROUND INFORMATION <br />The Shafer pit is located at 12500 Rich Valley Boulevard in Rosemount, Minnesota. Current <br />activities within the gravel pit include recycling of concrete and other construction related <br />materials. This recycling is completed by routing the material through a primary rock crusher and <br />a secondary rock crusher.
