The stockpile of <br />unprocessed ntbble is watered as it is piled up. <br />Intex Corporation, the operator of the recycling equipment meets MPCA requirements for <br />dust control by employing a water spray system at various transferpoints throughout the <br />recycling process. This adds enough moisture to allow the surface of the aggregate base <br />stockpile to "re-hydrate" or crust over. <br />In more than 15 years, we have had no citations or serious problems with fugitive dust. <br />
