Staff will continue to actively negotiate with <br />the property owners for signed easement agreements, if we are able to come to an <br />agreement before March 11, we will not file for condemnation. Staff will continue to update <br />the City Council on the status of these negotiations. <br />Financial implications: The attached table summarizes the required easements for this project <br />The total estimated right-of-way cost is $122,020, and will be financed through construction <br />funds.
