RESOLUTION DETERMINING TO ACQUIRE BY CONDEMNATION UNDER THE POWERS OF EMINENT DOMAIN CERTAIN EASEMENTS FOR PATHWAY CONSTRUCTION PURPOSES FOR CITY PROJECT NO. OS-03 COUNTY ROAD B-2 PATHWAY, TEA 6203 (138}/ S.P. 160-090-07 WHEREAS, the City Council for the City of Roseville has approved a project to acquire certain property by reason of construction of a multi-use pathway, said improvement identified by City records as City Project No. OS-03, State Project No. 160-090-07, and M�i��n. Project No. TEA 6203 (138); and WHEREAS, the City Council has been advised by competent advisers that the following described real property is necessary for the construction of the pathway; l. Permanent Easement Description: Rosedale Center (1705 County Road B-2) The north 5.00 feet of Lot 2, Block l, ROSED.�,�� CENTER FOURTH ADDITION 2. Permanent Easement Description: JCPenney'� (1700 County Road B-2) That part of RQSEDALE CENTER THIRD ADDITION, Lot 3, Block l, described as follows: The north 4.00 feet of the described property AND The south 11.00 feet of the north 15.00 feet of the west 15.00 feet of the east 840.68 feet along Co. Rd. B-2 of the described property. AND The south 11.00 feet of the north 15.00 feet of the following described property line;
