(the Hennepin Caunty/Raznsey County border line) and bounded on the East by the East right of way line of Walnut Street in the City of Roseville, Minnesota, including: 100.0 Foot Wide Branch Line in Ramsev Countv, Minnesota All that portion of The Burlington Northern and Santa Fe Railway Company's (formerly Northern Pacific Railway Company) 100.0 foot wide Branch Line right of way, being 50.0 feet wide on each side of said Railway Company's hereinafter described Main Tracic Centerline (as laid out and maintained) upon, over and across the Northwest Quarter of the Northwest Quarter of Section 8, Township 29 North, Range 23 West of the �"' P.
