3-� RECOMMENDED ACTION: <br />? 1 Staff is requesting that the Council review the information provided by Rottlund Homes <br />addressing Section 7(b) of the Contract and provide comment and feedback on additional <br />information they would like presented to help in their decision making for March 14, <br />2005. <br />��' City staff will prepare two resolutions (approval and denial) for City Council's <br />consideration on March 14, 2005 regarding the Contract for Exclusive Negotiations with <br />Rottlund Homes and their ability to achieve the Contract requirements per Section 7(b). <br />?.? Staff has also prepared, with the assistance of Krass Monroe, a set of The Redevelopment <br />Contract term sheet items for review and discussion by Council. If Council approves the <br />continuation of the Contract with Rottlund and the term sheet items (on March 14`�'}, �� <br />these items would be the basis for preparation of a Redevelopment Contract.
