Stevens Engineers is pleased to
have the opportunity to present a proposal to provide professionalengineering services for the refrigeration
system repairs and improvements at the John Rose Oval. We have the necessaryexperience in designing
refrigeration systems and ice systems for ice rink facilities to successfullycomplete this project for the City
of Roseville.
Project Understanding
The City of Roseville is seeking an engineering firm to provide design and other engineering related
services for the rehabilitation of the refrigeration chiller vessel and refrigeration system improvements at
the John Rose Oval Skating Facility
The John Rose Minnesota Oval is a skating facility that host
internationalcompetitions in additiar to serving the local
skating enthusiast The 110,000 square foot ice sheet
incfrads a 400-meterspeed skating track, a bandy rink,
hockey rinks and recratiora) skating.
