As requested staff prepared <br />draft resolutions (attached). <br />STAFF RECOMMENDEDATION: <br />On February 28, 2005, Rottlund Homes verbally summarized their Section 7(b) <br />infonnation for the Council and provided written background i��orn�ation illustrating <br />Rottlund's commitment to completing the 6 items within Section 7(b} of the Contract <br />Staff has found that Rottlund Homes (as Master Developer) has provided information <br />requested in Section 7(b} ofi�he Exclusive Development Contract. Staff recommends that <br />the information within the 6 items submitted meets the intent of this portion of the <br />Contract.
