Siornwater detention and
infiltration is planned as part of the Rottilund Proposal, which will provide for water quality and rate
control prior to discharging fi'otn the site. The proposed Rottlund improvements will be consistent with
City of Roseville's comprehensive stormwater management plan and Rice Creek Watershed District
requirements. By adhering to City and Watershed guidelines, there will be no significant impacts to the
adjacent storm sewer system as a result of the Twin Lakes Redevelopment.
Roadway Capacity
— SRF Consliat prepared a memorandum in June 2004 that compared tlie anticipated trip generation of
the May 2001 AUAR with the present Rottlund Proposal. The memorandum detailed tlie anticipated year
2020 average daily traffic (ADT) volumes for the AUAR and for the Rottlund Proposal. The figures
shown in the SRF memorandum indicate that anticipated ADT volumes for the Rottlund Proposal are less
than the AUAR anticipated voiuiies and therefore less of an impaci to tlie adjacent roadway system.
In addition, Ramsey County las identified that County road improvements associated with their Capital
Inproveinents Plan anticipated the traffic volumes that were identified in the May 2001 AUAR. Based
on the reduction in traffic anticipated from the SRF comparison between the 2001 AUAR and the
Rottlund Proposal, and the County's inclusion of their anticipated improvements in the 2001 AUAR, the
adjacent roadway system is adequate for the Rottlund Proposal.
Government Approvals Schedule
The following government approvals schedule identifies anticipated permits necessary for the Rottlund
proposaL It should be noted tltat tle May 2001 AUAR did not ideitify several necessary permits; these
additional permits are now identified with an asterisk.
Unit of Government Type of Application 2001 Rottlund
Status Pro osal
, , _.._ ,..m _.._.. __.._... . ,- - - . ,,. _ _.. _. ... .
Federal Government
Environmental Protection A enc EPA Su lemental Brownfields A lication A roved Future
Federal Aviation Agency (FAA) Determination of Heliad Routes Future - NIA
 t
rJ in ntYrl,i PrlLuinn Crli rl Atn} (1P'A j i I P1]F Pcri it '-- --- - i Fiw
fJd''} ° Ifldird ;rurr Perni i I ui ure
 hAf' - -- - _ _ . . . eiila `cwer Fxlcnsian Peirnit Juiure
A+IP'} lunr,_L•M[ersi+n+har L-'tierrhi _ l'ulr
A+IPC=,4 rl-i'ti _ - _ •-- •• — • '
11F'.r PLrrlum C'nnisirinettid Snl *
- --•-•--••--- •. ._. ... . .. .
ME'C'r ft.es nsr rsori 2'laa *
hlF'("4 T51q7iC 4 CIri j7ii il •f il'.I r4Cl. Cit'. *
hfPC_r,•1 innrsola ?tr,ri i I I' I I rxlt`i A shcwl 7slu'_Ldin ii7ti,l i; ir u Suee _ *
T++[i rinc4k ] artmrn[ td E cali:i ( LE J j V4'lrrnuin Lxlnicn 1'u[ure
Iil hriSt1[a L]?u[ntvn[ s N[urr k{Yurc4s 1'rt Imnar k'L:iA AaRrcr4ul
IUi,r - —
hir'A
 ulere
]'Uti rr
fcni i i
]end ine
}''.ld i L
Fulir
'L I14 Ifl
f u ltir
Futre
