Opportunity Area 4

<br />Opportunity Area 4 is comprised of five Sites (4-1 through 4-5) located east of Cleveland
<br />Avenue and north of County Road C. This Area encompasses about 14.36 acres. Site 4-1 h�d
<br />been used as a gas station from the early 1970s until about 1990 and has since been used as a
<br />welding supply store. Sites 4-2 and 4-3 were developed beginning in the late 1950s and
<br />occupied by businesses including auto and truck service and repair shops, auto body shop, an
<br />animal hospital, etc. Site 4-4 was developed in the late 1960s and was used as a diesel engine
<br />repair and rebuild facility. Site 4-5 was occupied by Ir�dianhead, a trucking and freight facility,
<br />since the mid 1950s.
