County Road B. <br />The Minnesota Charitable Gambling Regulations allow any nonprofit organization, which <br />conducts lawful gambling for less than five (5) days per year, and total prizes do not exceed <br />$50,000.00 in value, to be exempt from the licensing requirements if the city approves. <br />COUNCIL ACTION REQUESTED <br />Motion approving �arkview Center School's request to conduct a raffle on March 31 2005, at the <br />Parkview Center School located at 701 W. County Road B. <br />
