A proper �� enclosure does not include a porch, �atio, or anv �art of a �� house, �arage. or other structure that would allow the animal 3� to exit of its own volition, or anv house or structure in which �� windows are oben or in which door or window screens are the 3� onlv barriers which prevent the animal from exitin�.
