(51 A person that owns a dan¢erous animal and rents �ro�ertX � from another must notify the property owner,�rior to signing the lease a�reement, that a dan�erous animal will reside at the pro�ertv. (6) A�erson that sells a dan¢erous animal must notifv the purchaser that the animal has been identified as dan eg rous, and must also notify the Citv in writin�providin� the new owner's name, address and tele�hone number. (7) The City mav seize a dan�erous animal if anv of the requirements contained in this subdivision have not been met. A seized animal rnt�� be reclaimed upon payment of impoundin� and confinement costs and proof that the requirements of this Ordinance will be met. An animal not reclaimed within seven davs will be destroyed. and the owner will be liable for all costs incurred in confinin� and disposin� of the animal. The owner must provide evidence that the animal's behavior has chan�ed due to the animal's age, neuterin�„ environment, completion of obedience training that includes modification of a�gressive behavior, or other factors.
