Nays: None. 3.d Approve a Burn Permit for Concordia Meadows Atrium Townhome Association, 506 Lovell Avenue Maschka moved, Schroeder seconded, authorization to the Fire Marshal to issue a burn permit to the Concordia Meadows Atrium Townhome Association for the purpose of burning wild growth around the water retention pond at the Townhome complex site at 506 Lovell Avenue; and further that said burn permit is to be issued conditioned upon compliance with the following stipulations: a) The effective date of the permit shall be from April 1 through Apri130, 2005; b) The burn shall be conducted by acknowledged experts; and c) The Association shall notify the Roseville Fire Department at least two days in advance of the date of the burn. Roll Call Ayes: Schroeder, Ihlan, Maschka and Klausing. Nays: None. 3.e Approve a Burn Permit for Parkview Center School, 701 County Road B West Maschka moved, Schroeder seconded, authorization to the Fire Marshal to issue a burn permit to Parkview Center School for the burn of a Prairie Grass area approximately 30' in diameter; and said burn permit is to be issued conditioned upon compliance with the following stipulations: a) The effective date of the permit shall be from April 9 through April 17, 2005; and b) The burn shall be conducted by the Roseville Fire Department.
