EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF CITY COUNCIL OF CITY OF ROSEVILLE RAMSEY COUNTY, MINNESOTA Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Roseville, Minnesota, was held in the City Hall in said City on Monday, March 28,2005 at 7:OQ o' clockp.rn. The following members were present: and the following were absent:. Councilmember Schroeder introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION RESOLUTION APPROVING A LIMITED USE PERMIT AGREEMENT BETWEEN M�/DOT AND THE CITY OF ROSEVILLE TO OPERATE AND MAINTAIN THE COUNTY ROAD B-2 PATHWAY WITHIN N.�I�aT RIGHT-OF-WAY WHEREAS, the City of Roseville, Minnesota, is constructing a sidewalk along County Road B-2 from Le�ngton Avenue to Walnut Street; AND WHEREAS, County Road B-2 intersects Trunk Highway No. 51(Snelling Avenue) right-of- �'��' � AND WHEREAS, County Road B-2 intersects Interstate 35W right-of-way; AND WHEREAS, Mn�IDOT requires the City of Roseville to acquire a Limited Use Permit in order to construct, operate, and maintain the pathway within Mnl DOT right-of-way; THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Roseville, Minnesota, that the Mayor and the City Manager are hereby authorized and directed for and on behalf of the City to execute and enter into an agreement with the State of Minnesota Department of Transportation prescribing the terms and conditions of said Limited Use Permit as set forth and contained in "Minnesota Department of Transportation Limited Use Permit", a copy of which said agreement was before the City Council and which is made a part hereof by reference. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Member upon a vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: and the following voted against the same: . WHEREUPON said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
