NOTICE OF HEARING <br />ON IMPROVEMENT P-OS-02 <br />NEIGHBORHOOD 32 <br />CITY OF ROSEVILLE, MINNESOTA <br />NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT THE Council of the City of Raseville, Minnesota, will <br />meet at the City Hall, 2660 Civic Center Drive, in said City, on the 1�t�. day of April, 2005, at <br />6:U(} p.m. to hold a public hearing pursuant to Minnesota Statutes, Chapter 429 as amended on <br />proposed Improvement P-OS-02. <br />The imorovement will include the installation of bituminous paving, concrete curb and gutter, <br />sanitary sewer service repair, drainage facilities, and necessary appurtenances. The foregoing <br />is substantially in accordance with a�reliminary engineering report which is now on file and <br />open to p�rk+b iw inspection in the ofiice of the �_' i��• Manager. <br />The cost of the improvement is presently estimated at $160,000.
