Super Target <br />7.a Consider Public Improvements Contract <br />Public Works Director Duane Schwartz and City Engineer <br />Deb Bloom reviewed the background of the Roseville <br />Business Park Final Plat and request for approval of the <br />Subdivision and Public Improvement Contract (PF #3591). <br />Ms. Bloom provided several aerial and schematic maps <br />outlining and highlighting events taking place with the <br />demolition and reconstruction of the Target facility. Ms. <br />Bloom reviewed various components of the project, <br />including reorientation of the various buildings and <br />accesses; street reconstruction scenarios; pedestrian safety <br />improvements including signal modifications, turn lane <br />reconfigurations and phasing; and additional capacities for <br />Super Target <br />Consider Public <br />Improvements <br />Contract <br />
