Our new plans denote a large plaza directly in front of the theatre. Condition 9. Lf The Public Works Department must complete the review and approve of the grading, drainage, sidewalk and trail, and utility plans proposed with the General Concept and Final Plan submittal. All plans, including the location of fire hydrants (per Fire Marshall) and utility services connections, require the approval of the Public Works Department. In addition, the applicant is required to receive the approval of the storm water management plan by the Rice Creek Watershed, prior to the Final Planned Unit Development approval by the City Council. Pursuant to the previous submittal, our civil engineer has met with and reviewed the plans with the appropriate representatives. And consistent with the protocol froin the last submission, the plans as revised for this submission represent the requirements set forth.
