This will require a <br />direct pedestrian access from the lower level (west) parking lot. <br />Our new plans denote a large plaza directly in front of the theatre. This plaza contains <br />a grand staircase as well as an elevator providing to provide fluid and easy access for <br />the shoppers on either level o�t�e center to enjoy the offerings on both sections. <br />Condition 9. Lf <br />The Public Works Department must complete the review and approve of the <br />grading, drainage, sidewalk and trail, and utility plans proposed with the General <br />Concept and Final Plan submittal. All plans, including the location of fire <br />hydrants (per Fire Marshall) and utility services connections, require the approval <br />of the Public Works Department. In addition, the applicant is required to receive <br />the approval of the storm water management plan by the Rice Creek Watershed, <br />prior to the Final Planned Unit Development approval by the City Council. <br />Pursuant to the previous submittal, our civil engineer has met with and reviewed the <br />plans with the appropriate representatives. And consistent with the protocol froin the <br />last submission, the plans as revised for this submission represent the requirements set <br />forth. Additionally as with the previous submission, applications for permit will be <br />filed and, thus, this aspect is in process. <br />Condition 9.1.g <br />The provision of a lighting plan for the revised parking lots and the building, <br />which plan must meet the requirements of Section 1010.12 <br />The submitted plans and details do meet these requirements, <br />Condition 9.1.h <br />The provision of a revised landscape plan that incorporates additional plantings in <br />the newly created ct�rb islands and within the area surrounding the storm <br />management pond <br />
