Motion 7 <br />The staff is directed to request Master Developer Rottlund Homes to assemble and <br />provide for Council review all supporting documentation for its financial pro formas, <br />term sheets, and application for tax increment financing and other public subsidies, <br />including all supporting documentation submitted to the City's financial consultant, <br />Krass Monroe. <br />Staff is directed to make this supporting documentation available to the Council as soon <br />as possible, to allow adequate time for review before any further Council discussion of <br />financial pro formas, term sheets, and subsidy applications for the Twin Lakes <br />development. <br />Motion 2 <br />The staff is directed to provide for Council review bills from Krass Monroe, PA in <br />connection with the Twin Lakes development and/or charged to the TIF Economic <br />Developmentaccount, dated from November 2004 through the present. <br />
