Attached is a letter from the Association and a map <br />_ showing the locations. <br />— In 1997 the Lake Owasso Task Force presented a series of recommendations to the City County. <br />— The Council, in the resolution taking action on the recommendations, agreed it would be the policy of <br />— the City to provide for public comment at Council meetings regarding requests for permits on the <br />— Lake. <br />Staff Recommendation: <br />It is recommended the Council establish a public hearing for the April 25, 2005, meeting to consider <br />the request. Affected residents on the Lake will be notified. <br />Council Action Requested: <br />Motion establishing a public hearing for the City Council meeting of April 25, 2005, to consider the <br />Lake Owassa Safe Boating Association's request for approval of placement of a water ski course and <br />jump on Lake Owassa. <br />
