CONTRACT FOR WATER SERVICES <br />between <br />BOARD OF WATER COMMISSIONERS <br />and the <br />CITY OF ROSEVILLE <br />This AGREEMENT, made and entered into effective May 25,2004, by and between the <br />CTI'Y OF ROSEVILLE ("Roseville"), a municipal corporation under the laws of the State of <br />Minnesota, and the BOARD OF WATER COMMISSIONERS, of the City of Saint Paul <br />("Board"), a municipal corporation under the laws of the State of Minnesota. <br />WITNESSETH: <br />WHEREAS, the Board has been providing water to Roseville on a wholesale basis <br />continuously since 1962; and <br />WHEREAS, the Board and Roseville desire to continue this relationship and to enter <br />into a written agreement for the wholesale provision of water; and <br />NOW, THEREFORE in consideration of the mutual covenants contained herein the <br />Board and Roseville do hereby agree as follows: <br />ARTICLE 1 <br />SECTION 1.01 Other Contracts <br />The previous contract for wholesale water provision between #hti parties expired May 24, <br />2004. All the legal obligations between the parties for the wholesale provision of water shall, <br />from this date forward be governed by this Agreement. It is also understood and agreed that this <br />entire Agreement supersedes all oral or written agreements and negotiations between the parties <br />relating to the subject matters herein. <br />
