other labor unrest, power failures, electrical power surges or current fluctuations, nuclear or other <br />civil or military emergencies, or acts of legislative, judicial, executive o r administrative <br />authorities. <br />SECTION 10.07 ��{ � �i <br />The parties agree that this Agreement shall be enforceable in Rainsey County, Minnesota, <br />and if legal action is necessary to enforce it, exclusive venue shall lie in Ramsey County, <br />Minnesota. <br />SECTION 10.08 Applicable Laws <br />This Agreement is made subject to all applicable laws of the'State of Minnesota and the <br />United States of America. The laws of the State of Minnesota shall be applied to interpret its <br />terms and provisions. <br />SECTION 10.09 Interruption in Service <br />Roseville acknowledges that water service can be interrupted due to, among other things, <br />main breaks, equipment failures, weather conditions, maintenance, repairs or improvements. <br />Therefore, the Board cannot guarantee that there will be no interruptions in service, or that any <br />specific pressures or fluctuations in pressure will or will not occur.
