Statutes, Sections 469.174 through 469.1799, inclusive. <br />1.05 The Council hereby approves the Term Sheet and authorizes the Community <br />Development Director and the City Manager to negotiate a Contract for Private Redevelopment <br />with Rottlund, which Contract shall be presented to the Council for its approval, provided that <br />the City receives reimbursement from Rottlund for the costs incurred by the City as set forth in <br />Section 18 of the Contract for Exclusive Negotiations. <br />Section 2. PavmEnt of Certain Consulting Fees. <br />2.01 The Council hereby authorizes City staff to contract with Krass Monroe, P.A. for <br />an amount not to exceed $45,000 for the following development consulting services: <br />�a� Review options for type, timing and implementation of the Tax Increment <br />District, <br />�b� Modify program or establish new program (including preparation of budgets, <br />etc.), <br />(�� Create the initial Tax Increment District and Hazardous Substance Subdistrict, <br />�d� Review blight fmdings and analysis of inspectionreports, �� <br />�e� Complete additional work related to completion of the Term Sheet and the <br />Contract for Private Redevelopment. <br />Adopted by the Council of the City this day of ,2005. <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by City Council <br />Member and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor: <br />and the following voted against: <br />WHEREUPON said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br />
