EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING <br />OF CITY COUNCIL <br />CITY OF ROSEVILLE <br />RAMSEY COUNTY. MINNESOTA <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of <br />Roseville, County of Ramsey, Minnesota, was duly held in the City Hall at 2660 Civic Center <br />Drive, Roseville, Minnesota, on Monday, the 9th day of May, 2005, at 6:00 p.tn. <br />The following members were present: and the following members were absent: none. <br />Member Schroeder introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION NO. <br />RESOLUTION RECEMNG FEASIBILITY REPORTS ON <br />2005 IMPROVEMENTS AND ORDERING PUBLIC HEARING <br />BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City of Roseville as follows: <br />By resolution adopted October 25,2004, the Council directed the City Engineer to <br />prepare preliminary reports as to the feasibility of the proposed improvements: <br />P-OS-02 2005 Pavement Management Program <br />Neighborhood 32: Chatsworth Street-Lovel 1 Avenue to Grandview Avenue <br />Lovell Avenue- Cul-de-sac to Chatsworth Street <br />2. The City Engineer was also directed to include in the report the estimated cost of the <br />proposed improvements. The preliminary report and cost estimates have been submitted <br />and considered by the Council and are hereby approved and directed to be placed on file <br />in the office of the City Manager. The improvements proposed to he made in the general <br />manner set forth in the report are designated as Improvements P-OS-02, Neighborhood <br />32. <br />The Council shall meet at the City Hall, 2660 Civic Center Drive, in said City, on May <br />23,2005, at 6:06 p.m. for the purpose of holding a public hearing on the proposed <br />improvements under and pursuant to the provisions of Minnesota Statutes, Chapter 429, <br />and the Manager is hereby authorized and directed to cause notice of the time, place, and <br />purpose of that meeting to be published twice in the official newspaper, Roseville <br />Review, which publications shall be a week apart, and the second publication shall be not <br />less than three days before the date of the hearing. <br />4, The notice shall be in substantially the following form: <br />(see attachments). <br />5. The general nature, estimated cost and area proposed to be assessed for Improvements P- <br />OS-02, Neighborhood 32 is determined to be as stated in the foregoing notice, as fully as <br />though the same were separately set forth and resolved herein <br />
