Condition 9.I.i The provision of a snow removal plan that eliminates any of the parlcing areas adjacent to the addition, specifically the theatre, from temporary or permanent snow storage (the Mall has proposed a snow melting operation as an alternative). Although noted as alternative as a condition, Rosedale Center does indeed have a snow "melter" machine as an integral part of its snow removal program. This device is currently in use at the center at this time and is functioning as intended — towed to specific areas where the snow is loaded directly into the machine, melted, and then moved to the next area. (This melter is also in use at the airport as a means to mitigate their snow removal.) This program eliminates the mountains of snow that have accumulated in the past until "The Spring Thaw" Condition 9.1 j The provision of a skgna�e plan for both building farade signs and any proposed rr�onumentlpylon signs. Staff suggests that the sign plan accounts for all signage existing and proposed at Rosedale Center. The submitted sign criteria addresses the points noted in the condition and provides a clear and concise direction for signage. Additionally, these criteria will also become an exhibit to the tenant leases.
