This device is
currently in use at the center at this time and is functioning as intended — towed to
specific areas where the snow is loaded directly into the machine, melted, and then
moved to the next area. (This melter is also in use at the airport as a means to mitigate
their snow removal.) This program eliminates the mountains of snow that have
accumulated in the past until "The Spring Thaw"
Condition 9.1 j
The provision of a skgnae plan for both building farade signs and any proposed
rronumentlpylon signs. Staff suggests that the sign plan accounts for all signage
existing and proposed at Rosedale Center.
The submitted sign criteria addresses the points noted in the condition and provides a
clear and concise direction for signage. Additionally, these criteria will also become an
exhibit to the tenant leases.
Condition 9.1.k
The provision of a life-safety and security plan for the renovation and addition, to
be completed in coordination with the City's Police and Fire Departments prior to
final approvals of the PUD
Our team has met with representatives from the Police, Carol Sletner and Ricic
Mathwig and Fire, John Loftas, departments during this revision process. To that end
the plans submitted represent the incorporation of their comments and directions.
Police
