9.16 Signa�e. Within the subject property, facade signage for the new "life style" component <br />shall be restricted to 1.5 sq. ft. times the lineal feet of tenant frontage. Facade signs shall <br />be back-lit or internally-lit channel letters (can include corporate logo) or a wall mounted <br />projection sign. Theater signage shall be permitted per the submitted elevations. <br />Bookstore signage shall be allowed a north facing and south facing sign. <br />9.17 Lighting. Parking lot lighting adjacent to the new improvements shall be consistent with <br />the remainder of the DEVELOPER's owned property at R.osedaie Shopping Center and <br />meet the lighting requirements of Section 1010.12 of the City Code. Lighting of <br />pedestrian accesses and the plaza shall be of a pedestrian scale and a decorative style. <br />9.18 Anticipated Development Schedule. The DEVELOPER shall supply the anticipated <br />schedule for site work, structure construction, and tenant space occupation (Exhibit I). <br />9.19 Transit. Public T�ansit and C�oss Pa�king & Pe�petual Access Ag�eement o� Easement. <br />Consistent with the City of Roseville Comprehensive Plan, and as described in Exhibit B <br />of this document, the DEVELOPER shall be responsible for creating, dedicating and/or <br />granting a license or access easementlag�eer�ent for specific periods (listed below, unless <br />terminated earlier by Metro Transit), to Metro Transit and its successors, to create andlor <br />retain a: <br />a� Transit bus route and pick-up and drop-off at main Mall entry for twenty <br />(20) years; <br />b� Hub (Center) improvements including bus routes, rider waitingltransfer, <br />and driver and customer rest areas, customer shelter, bus waiting areas for <br />ten (10) years, with a termination right with a twelve (12) month notice <br />provision after the ten (10) yearperiod; <br />�� Park and ride lot, and shelter for five (5) years, with a termination right <br />with a twelve (12) month notice provision after the five (5) year period; <br />dated ,2005. <br />The CITY shall not be a party to the license or agreement unless legally required to <br />participate by funding requirements or other state or federal requirements. <br />Final Amended Transit Hub (Center) and Transit Operating Agreements ,2005, <br />and site drawings shall be signed by parties and submitted to the CITY prior to issuance <br />of any of the DEVELOPER's project building permits. <br />The Rosedale Transit Center Agreements, as set out in Exhibit B, are components of the <br />P�TD AGREEMENT and any modifications to the AGREEMENT must be reviewed as an <br />amendment, which process requires a public hearing before the Planning Commission <br />and City Council approval. <br />li <br />
