Section 3. Authorizations. 3. O 1 The Council hereby authorizes City staff to continue to wark with Rottlund on the tasks and for the purposes set forth in the Contract, to ultimately submit a Redevelopment Contract to the City no later than June 13,2005 as the date provided for in the Contract with approved e�tension per Resolution No. 10259. 3.02 The Council hereby further authorizes City staff to contract with Krass Monroe for develop��z�ent consulting services for an amount not to excecd $12,500 for financial work and $27,500 for legal and negotiation work in regard to the preparation of a term sheet (to be submittedto the City Council on Apri125,2005) and ultimately in the fonn of a RedevelopmentContract (to be submitted to the City Council no later than June 13, 2005). Rottlund shall reimburse the City for these consultant costs as detailedin Section 13, page 8 of the Exclusive Development Contract. 3.03 The Council hereby further authorizes City sta�f ta select a qualifiedblight analysis consultant and complete said required analysis of land and buildings within Phase I, at a cost not to exceed $15,000, with funds for the blight analysis to be advanced to the City by Rottlund. Adopted by the Council of the City this 14th day of March, 2005.
