Receive Public Comment about City Issues Public Comment <br />Mayor Klausing called for public comment by members of the <br />audience on any non-agenda items. <br />A. Richard Houck, 1133 Rose�awn <br />Mr. Houck opined that there was considerable citizen <br />opposition to proceeding with the Twin Lakes <br />Development Project; and requested Councilmembers to <br />consider placing an advisory referendum question on <br />September's Primary Election ballot, in addition to <br />attempting a volunteer fundraising effort to cover the costs <br />of such a referendum. Mr. Houck further requested that <br />any further action related to Twin Lakes be delayed until a <br />citizen determinationis made. <br />
