Mr. <br />Welsch further noted that Council action in 2003 had <br />designated numerous community parcels as "POS, <br />ParklOpen Space," to be used as storm water management <br />areas; and that it was not the intention to develop the parcel <br />except for the official road. There were no additional changes to the Consent <br />Agenda. <br />At the request of Mayor Klausing, City Manager Beets briefly <br />reviewed those items being considered under the Consent <br />Agenda. <br />
