The existing mature landscaping along the <br />boulevard and within the parking setback area should be used whenever possible to soften <br />and screen the parking. <br />�,� STAFF RECOMMENDATION: <br />�.t Based on the information in Section 5 of the project report dated June 1,2005, the City <br />Planner recommends approval of the REZONING to allow the redevelopment of the <br />1445 County Road B. <br />$, � PLANNING COMMISSION ACTION: <br />L. ] On June 1,2005, the Roseville Planning Commissionheld the public hearingregarding <br />the REZONING request by TCF National Bank. At the hearing the property owner and a <br />representative of TCF addressed the Commission indicating support for the request. A <br />resident from the neighborhood south of "B" pointed out that closing of the driveway <br />entry on County Road B(a right turn lane into the southeast comer of the site) could <br />reduce stacking and turning movements along that portion of " B.
