May 26 we plan to focus on where the skating
center fits in the mission of the Parks and Rec. department and the City to help define
how the skating center affects quality of life in Roseville and what part of our tax dollars
we as tax payers would expect to go towards maintaining this quality, we also plan to
look at the contributions user groups provide to the city through their charitable gambling
operations and try to determine if it is appropriate to earmark some of those contributions
to skating center operations
ATTACHMENT 15
Task Force Meeting Minutes
