NOTICE OF HEARING <br />ON IMPROVEMENT P-OS-06 <br />SOUTH OW.�S�U BOULEVARD <br />CITY OF ROSEVILLE, MINNESOTA <br />NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT THE Council of the City of Roseville, Minnesota, will <br />meet at the City Hall, 2660 Civic Center Drive, in said City, on the 1 lth day of July, 2005, at <br />6:00 p.m. to hold a public hearing pursuant to Minnesota Statutes, Chapter 429 as amended on <br />proposed Improvement P-OS-06. <br />The improvement will include the installation of sidewalk, bituminous paving, concrete curb <br />and gutter, sanitary sewer service repair, drainage facilities, and necessary appurtenances. <br />The foregoing is substantially in accordance with a preliminary engineering report which is <br />now on file and open to public inspection in the office of the City Manager. <br />The cost of the improvement is presently estimated at $2,439,995.83. The area proposed to be <br />assessed for the improvement shall be the following: <br />All that property abutting or using S. Owasso Boulevard, between Rice Street and <br />Dale Street as their primary access.
