Informallarge group discussion, often around questions and answers <br />• Wrap-up <br />Special Note on Feedback Sheet Responses <br />Seven (7) � the 12 respondents were Roseville residents. They responded to survey questions <br />1 8. Most non-residents did not respond to questions 9 12. These questions address level of <br />satisfaction with the meeting and the larger process as well as suggestions of topics far other <br />community discussion. <br />Who attended? {Sotuce: feedbacksheets) <br />Ten (10) of the twelve (12) participants were multi-family housing owners ar managers. <br />Participants managed duplexes and/or apartment buildings that ranged in 24 to 102 units. <br />Owner�managers have been in the business an overall average of 20 years. <br />. Seven (7)of the twelve (12)participants Live in Roseville. Three (3)live in the North <br />Central Area; two (2)live in the North West Area; and two (2)live in the South West Area. <br />■ All of the residents were homeowners, but the live a variety of housing types. Three <br />persons Live in a duplex; two (2)persons live in single-family homes; one (1) person lives <br />in a townhome; and one (l�erson lives in a rivn� home. <br />. Five (5) of the residents imagined themselves living in the same hoin� three years from <br />now. One (� } person expects to be living in Roseville, but in a different home; and one (1) <br />person imagines living in another city. <br />• Four (4) residents were 76 years ar older; and three (2)residents were l�et�va�eil the ages of <br />51 and 65. <br />. The average length of residency in Roseville was 31 years, and the average length � <br />residency within their current neighbarhoods was 20 years. <br />
