New housing designs don't fitwith character of neighborhood <br />• Planning for housing and transpartai�o�1 /traffic xou�lg not be coordinated <br />Delay closing Cty Rd B access to H�vy 280, now with new housing there will be more tr�affic pressure <br />. Cty Rd B, Cleveland to Hwy 280, not resurface <br />. Protect (?) co�n�lunity--code enforcement <br />Group 2 <br />• Code enforcement (trash and containers) <br />. Dual usage of single-fami7y dwellings (high numbers of unrelated adults living in sa�x-ie house) <br />• Poor road conditions <br />. City doesn't respond to complaints, lack of action—nothing changes <br />Group 3 <br />. Increasing number ofreutal properties (original owner-occupied housing being converted to rental) <br />• Student housing increasing (associatedissues of cars and people) <br />• Group home operations are disruptive (increasei.rr traffic, cars, and people in area) <br />. Traffic coztdi�ioz�,s at Cty Rd B and Snelling are daugerous—Goodwill, people faking bus don't have <br />safe place to walk. <br />. A POSITIVE—Sidewalks on Cleveland bring people together <br />.
