Housing needs to match desired "customer" <br />• Maj or selling point is " short commute to maj or job centers" — Iess than 3� ring suburbs; <br />attend to the customer who cares about this asset <br />. Counteract "image" of being too expensive (price reductions)—point out that when o$1er <br />costs, such commute, are taken into consideration, Rosevilleis quite affordable. <br />.
