The subject pr�oper�ty <br />is legally descr�ibed as: <br />Lot 1 through Lot 6, Block 1, The Villas at Midland Hills <br />The DEVELOPER has also r�equested that the CITY appr�ove a Planned Unit <br />Development (PUD) (PF#347�} to develop a 3.15 acr�e par�cel cd the nor�theast comer� of <br />Fulham Str�eet and Roselaw�.
