Both of these easements are located on the western parcel (Lot 6 <br />through 12 inclusive Block 1). As noted on the attached plat, we are requesting the <br />vacation of the 20' wide storm sewer easement on the south and west sides of the <br />parcel, as well as the 20' wide sewer easement on the north end of the parcel. <br />As indicated on the preliminary plat, the storm sewer located on the southeast corner of <br />Fulham Street and Roselawn Avenue will no longer flow to the proposed single family <br />home site via the 20' wide storm sewer easement, but will be rerouted across Rose(awn <br />Avenue to the proposed pond located on the northeast corner of Roselawn Avenue and <br />Fulham Street, just south of the Midland Hills condominium.
