EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF THE <br />CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ROSEVILLE <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of <br />Roseville, County of Ramsey, Minnesota, was held on the �'�"� day of August, 2005, at 6:00 p.m. <br />The following members were present: Maschka, Ihlan, Kough, Schroeder, Klausing <br />and the following were absent: None <br />Council Member introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION NO. <br />A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE VACATION OF CERTAIN PUBLIC <br />STORM AND SEWER EASEMENTS O N PROPERTY AT <br />2001 FULHAM STREET (PF3G71). <br />WHEREAS, United Properties has requested the vacation of a storm sewer easement and <br />a sanitary sewer easement that lie within their westerly development in the northwest quadrant of <br />Roselawrt Avenue and Fulham Street; and <br />WHEREAS, the requested easements are located on the following described property: <br />See Attachment <br />WHEREAS, the Public Works Department has determined that the requested storm and <br />sewer easements, no longer necessary for public infrastructure (the sewer easement will be <br />relocated and a new easement created); and <br />WHEREAS, the Roseville Planning Commission held a public hearing regarding the <br />Concept Development of the west and east sides of Fulham Street at Midland Hills Country <br />Club, which proposal sought input on the relocation of the sanitary sewer lift station and vacation <br />of certain public easements; and <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission on October 1,2003, voted (5-1) to recommend approval <br />of the easement vacations. <br />NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, by the Roseville City Council, to grant the <br />VACATION of certain STORM &. SEWER EASEMENTS on the above identified properties, <br />based on the findings in Section 5 of the project report dated August 22,2005, and subject to the <br />following conditions: <br />L The developer shall submit the legal description of the easements to be vacated <br />and the proper legal document on which to record the vacation at Ramsey County, <br />both to be reviewed and approved by the Director of Public Works (Attached). <br />
