I <br />PROJECT REVIEW HISTORY <br />� Concept Approval: 02/28/O5. <br />• Application Submitted: 08/12/O5. <br />� Determined Complete: 08/12/O5. <br />� 60-day Review Deadline: ��1121�5 <br />� Project Report Recommendation: 08/22/OS <br />� Council Action Anticipated: 08/22/O5. <br />STAFF RECOMMENDATION: <br />The Community Development Department recommends approval of the final <br />development plans, subject to conditions. <br />�������TF� �i'd'�� ���TNCI� �►�'TF�I�= <br />The City Planner suggests that the City Council take the following action: <br />BY MOTION, APPROVE the FINAL PLAT creating 5 town home lots, 1 <br />condominium lot, and 1 non-buildable outlot. <br />:�.� ADOPT an ORDINANCE REZONING the subject property to PLANNED Ul�IT <br />DEVELOPMENT with an underlying zoning of R-3, General Residence District and R- <br />6, Townhouse District, with conditions (see Section 8 and 9 for more detail).
