Exhibit G Landscape Plan, including materials list, plant sizes, and locations of all <br />plant materials, dated <br />Exhibit H Building elevations and floor plans, <br />Exhibit I Draft Declaration of Covenants, Conditions & Restrictions for the <br />townhomes and the condominium. <br />Exhibit K Parking, Delivery, and Storage Plan, including work hours, parking areas <br />for construction workers, materials storage areas, and delivery of <br />materials. Parking and storage area shall be identified on a plan sheet, no <br />parking will be allowed within the neighborhood. <br />Exhibit L Shared Parking and Access Agreement for that portion of the <br />Condominium which must share parking on the Galillee Church parking <br />lot and that will be utilized as shared parking for the condominium, dated <br />Exhibit M Construction stages and estimated occupancy schedule, dated <br />�-a� REZONING: <br />The CITY conducted a combined hearing on February 2,2005 before the Planning <br />Commission regarding the Guptil Contracting request for a PRELIMINARY PLAT, <br />REZONING and GENERAL CONCEPT PLAN to consider various aspects of the <br />Planned Unit Development zone designation consistent with the residential development. <br />The CITY agrees to zone the subject property to PUD, subject to the DEVELOPER's <br />strict compliance with the approved plans, and terms and conditions of this Agreement. <br />— Minor variations from the approved final development plans, which are consistent with <br />this agreement and the underlying Townhouse District (R-6) for Lots 1 through Lot 5, <br />— Block l, McCarrons Guptil Addition and General Residence District (R-3) for Lot 6 and <br />4utlpt "A" (pond), Block l, McCarrons Guptil Addition, may be approved by the CITY'� <br />Development Review Committee, under the direction of the Community Development <br />Director, as provided in the Roseville City Code (Section 1008). <br />Substantial departures from the approved fmal development plans will require an <br />amendment to the Planned Unit Development in accordance with Sections 1004, 1008, <br />1010, and 1015 of the Roseville City Code. Where not superseded by the more restrictive <br />requirements of this PUD, the standards of the underlying Townhouse District (R-6) and <br />General Residence District (R-3), shall apply as stated in Chapter 1004 of the Roseville <br />City Code. <br />
