Tenant hereby exercises i�s >ti ti ���_�1 three (3) year option to renew tlie t�rr��. of tlus <br />Lease, as set forth under Section 4 of Rider One to this Lease. 'The renewal <br />period shall be for three (3) years beginning February 1,2006 and expiring on <br />January 3 l, 2009. The rental rate for the original Premises during tlie renewal <br />period shall be $2,500 per month. <br />2. Tenal�t's Leased Premises shall be increased ��ozr� the current 2,315 square feet to <br />3,332 square feet by adding 1,017 square feet from Suite 2735. <br />Landlord shall deliver the additional space, suite 2735, to Tenant in azz AS-IS <br />condition. <br />4.
