This is <br />located on the northwest corner of the parcel. There will be a swale along the west <br />property line which will collect and direct all runoff to these pond areas. Civil drawings <br />showing the grading and utility plans, as well as construction details are attached. <br />Both the condominium (eastern parcel) and these 6 single family homes (western parcel) <br />will be managed under a common association. The voting rights for the condominiums <br />will not extend to issues pertaining solely to the single family homes, and similarly, the <br />single family owners will not vote on issues impacting the condominium site. United <br />Properties feels that the proposed plan represents a good utilization of this site.
