Consider Todd Iliff s Request for a Minor Subdivision at <br />1822 Dale Court (PF 3655) <br />Community Development Director Dennis Welsch reviewed the <br />request, noting the un i� �, � shape of Parcel B and corner lot <br />requirements. Mr. Welsch noted that while no proposal for a <br />house was being made at this time, various designs had been <br />provided to determine various designs that could be <br />accommodated on the lot as discussed by the Planning <br />Commission.
