They have also applied for a Temporary <br />Liquor License for the sa�ne event. <br />Tl�e Minnesota Charitable Gambling Regulations allow any nonprofit organization, which <br />conducts lawful gambling for less than five (5) days per year, and total prizes do not exceed <br />$50,000.00 in value, to be exempt from the licensing requirements if the city approves. <br />COUNCIL ACTION REQUESTED <br />Motion approving St. Rose of Lima Church request to conduct a raffle and temporary liquor <br />license on September 25, at St. Rose Catholic Church located at 2048 Ha�Iine Ave North. <br />
