NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, by the Roseville City Council, to grant <br />a CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT to Prince of Peace Lutheran Church, 2561 Victoria Street, <br />based on the findings of Section 5 of the project report dated September 26,2006 and subject to <br />the following conditions: <br />L The site being developed with setbacks as per the site plan in the applications <br />dated August 5,2005. <br />2. The worship center and associated additionlimpravements footprint being limited <br />to 8,000 square feet. The basement must be used for storage. <br />3. The worship center and associated additionlimprovements being comprised of <br />brick, metal trim, and metal or aluminum window and door frames that <br />blendlcomplement the existing building, or concrete pre-cast panels, <br />architecturally designed to blendlco�npliment the existing building. <br />4. The submittal of a gradingldrainage/erosionlstoz�z�.a. water management plan for the <br />site to the Grass Lake Water Management Organization for review and comment <br />and to the Roseville Public Works Department for review and approval. <br />� The worship center, excluding the steeple, being limited to a maximum height of <br />31 feet from grade. <br />6. The installation of 6 new trees to line the north drive and new landscape beds <br />adjacent the existing and new addition. This proposed landscaping must be <br />submitted in the form of a landscape plan in compliance with Section �01� of the <br />Roseville City Code and prepared by a registered landscape architect. The plan <br />must be reviewed and approved by t�e city landscape architect prior to issuance of <br />permits. <br />7. All HVAC, power generation, and trash storage equipment being screened to meet <br />the requirements of City Code Section 1010. <br />8. The CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT shall expire within six months after the <br />approval date (March 25,2006) unless that applicant has been granted a building <br />permit. <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Council <br />Member and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor: <br />and the following voted against: <br />WHEREUPON said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br />� <br />
