(No.) <br />� Rick Boschee, developeriapplicant, explained how he will improve the existing home. (Boschee responded that the new home will be a <br />L� rambler and will be setback to respect view lines on both sides.) <br />I� <br />I� Russell Catalin, 2824 Lakeview Avenue, asked if trees will be removed —this would be a <br />I 5 significant change. The driveway concentrations along the east side of Lakeview will <br />I f� increase. (Boschee explained that trees along the north side of the driveway would be <br />I� removed -- 2 deciduous trees and 1 evergreen. He will plant new smaller trees and <br />18 construct privacy fencing along the drive. (Boschee expects one <br />drive land for each house. The "U" would be removed.) <br />Member Wozniak asked for the location of the fire hydrant. (North West corner of <br />property, adjacent to evergreen.) Thomas Paschke explained how the staff has worked <br />with other property owners in the city. <br />�R Member Pust asked if a recommendation would be premature, because of the need for <br />"' � information on the hydrant setback. The consensus was that an additional variance may <br />.�, [� be needed if the driveway cannot be placed in the location proposed. <br />.� ] <br />3? Delores Digernous, 2814 Lakeview, expressed concern the tree removal and new <br />�3 driveway surfaces —which would mean that her property has a driveway on each side of <br />� � her lot. <br />�� <br />a G Duane Anderson, 2818 Lakeview, owner of the property on the north side, said the <br />�� drainage will run to the east, if blocked up it will enter his lot on the Boschee north <br />;�� property line. There is a need for a private water main to serve the house — where will this <br />�� be placed? Chair Traynor closed the hearing <br />Member poherty supported the Boschee house and design work (high quality) and the <br />redesign of the existing house will help the neighborhood. <br />
