Date: 09/26/OS <br />Item: 2.a <br />Minutes of 09/12/OS <br />Citv of <br />��� � <br />��r <br />Minnesota, USA <br />Ci ty Co un cil Meeting <br />City Council Chambe�s, 2660 Civic Cente� D�ive <br />DRAFT—Minutes—DRAFT <br />Monday, Septembe� 12,2005 <br />Call Roll Call Roll <br />Mayor Klausing called to order the Roseville City Council <br />regular meeting at 6:00 p.m. and welcomed everyone. <br />Roll Call (Voting and Seating Order) <br />Councilmembers Schroeder; Ihlan; Kough and Mayor Klausing. <br />With the exception of Councilmember Maschka who had advised <br />that he would be arriving later in the meeting, all were present. <br />City Attorney Scott Anderson was also present. <br />Approve Agenda Approve Agenda <br />Mayor Klausing called for any comments or discussion on <br />tonight's Agenda. <br />Councilmember Kough requested that if representatives from <br />KFAN The Restaurant arrived, that agenda item be moved to <br />accommodate them. <br />Councilmember Ihlan requested removal of Consent Agenda <br />Item 3.a entitled, "Approve Check Register," for discussion. <br />The amended agenda was adopted by consensus. <br />1. Receive Public Comment about City Issues Public Comment <br />Mayor Klausing called for public comment by members of the <br />audience on any non-agenda items. <br />A. Jim Curtis,1853 Victoria Street <br />Mr. Curtis questioned if the Cemetery Association or the <br />City was the responsible party for mowing the boulevard <br />along Roselawn Cemetery; and why it was not being <br />
