City Council Regular Meeting — 09/26/OS <br />DRAFT Minutes - Page 7 <br />Reconstruction of Roselawn Avenue between Snelling <br />and Ham�ine Avenues <br />Maschka moved, Kough seconded, adopted Resolution <br />No. 10336 entitled, "Resolution Ordering Preparation of <br />Feasibility Reports for �Zaseiawn Avenue Street <br />Reconstruction Project." <br />Roll Call <br />Ayes: Maschka; Schroeder; Ihlan; Kough and Klausing. <br />Nays: None. <br />3.k Set a Public Hearing Date to Consider Amending <br />Section 304 of the Roseville City Code Respecting <br />Charitable Gambling to Conform to Changes in State <br />Law <br />Maschka moved, Kough seconded, approval of scheduling <br />a Public Hearing for October 10, 2005 to consider <br />proposed amendments to City Code, Chapter 304, related <br />to Charitable Gambling to conform to changes in State <br />Law. <br />Roll Call <br />Ayes: Maschka; Schroeder; Ihlan; Kough and Klausing. <br />Nays: None. <br />4. Items Removed from Consent Agenda <br />4.a Approve Check Register (former Consent Item 3.a) <br />Councilmember Ihlan noted that she would again be voting <br />"nay" on those items previously voted 2/2 at the September <br />12, 2005 meeting and brought back on this Check Register <br />(i.e., Krass Monroe billings). <br />Councilmember Ihlan questioned a payment to Eco-Deep <br />for professional services in the amount of $340. <br />Community Development Director Dennis Welsch clarified <br />that this firm was brought in to assist staff in meeting <br />requirements for LEED certified design consistent with <br />conceptual and final design for buildings related to the <br />Twin Lakes Redevelopment Project.
