No later than two (2) business days before the proposed bum, the permittee <br />shall designate, in writing to the Fire Marshal, the name and phone number of <br />the permittee's responsible parcy who shall be on site, alcohol free, during the <br />bum to ensure compliance with the terms and conditions of the permit. <br />3.0 Suggested Council Action <br />By motion, approve the bon fire permit request of the B-Dale Club, 2100 North Dale <br />Street, to conduct a bon fire at 2100 N. Dale Street, from 6:04 p.m., October 31,2005, to <br />�2:00 noon, November 1,2005, with the conditions as spelled out in Staff <br />recommendations.
