All were present. <br />City Attorney Scott Anderson was also present. <br />Approve Agenda Approve Agenda <br />Mayor Klausing called for any comments or discussion on <br />tonight's Agenda. <br />Councilmember Kough noted that he had several questions for <br />staff on Consent Agenda Item 3.a entitled, "Approve Check <br />Register," but didn't wish it to be removed fro�n the Consent <br />Agenda. <br />1. Receive Public Comment about City Issues Public Comment <br />Mayor Klausing called for public comment by members of the about City Issues <br />audience on any non-agenda items. <br />A. John Kysylyczyn, 3083 N Victoria Street <br />Mr. Kysylyczyn referenced an October 4, 2005 Roseville <br />Review article in which staff had discussed the proposed <br />2006 Budget. Mr. Kysylyczyn questioned the protocol of <br />staff, rather than the City Council, speaking to the media; <br />questioned portions of the article compared to his <br />perception of budget processes; and addressed his <br />interpretation of discrepancies in staff inemorandums to the <br />City Council compared to items identified in the article. <br />
